Four source-specific SOT-23 orderable contracts are currently exercised: Diodes -7-F, Infineon PG-SOT23-3, Microchip/Supertex TO-236AB, and Nexperia SOT23. This is not yet general cross-manufacturer SOT-23 MOSFET class support. Unsupported or incomplete evidence is refused.
